- The Ben & Jerry’s sign is for a store in Kirkland, WA. They needed a sign which would be durable, colorful, would match the corporate sign requirements, and could easily be hung with threaded rods. Also, the sign is double-sided. I devised a system to lock nuts and washers inside layers of wood, then sealed the whole thing with multiple layers of outdoor wood sealant. You can see it hanging here: https://goo.gl/maps/kwUhjuTCwnS2
- The American Explorers signs were made for a summer camp in Montana. They wanted to make sure people could see and read the signs from their cars, and the signs needed to match their logo as precisely as possible. I came up with a multi-layer design that allowed me to precisely recreate their design, and created signs in multiple sizes. The largest sign is almost four feet tall.
