Storage Chest for The Red Dragon Inn (for Thick Sleeves)

This is a version of our Storage Chest designed for thicker card sleeves (90+ microns thick, such as Dragon Shield, Fantasy Flight Supply, and Mayday Premium)

This version can store 59 characters: 29 standard deck slots, and 30 wide deck slots for characters with side decks or boss decks. Standard deck slots are 1.32″ wide (33.5mm), and narrow slots are 1.03″ (26.2mm).

It still includes all the features of the original chest, including expansion space and a separate card box for future components.

Five assembly options are available. Instructions are online. Assembly takes a while, but it is designed to be foolproof; all holes are pre-drilled, and most pieces can only fit one way.

• Completely Do-It-Yourself: You’ll build the chest and nail it together. To do this well, it helps to have some box-building tools, such as corner clamps and bar clamps.
• Outer Chest Assembled: I’ll make sure the outer chest is square and nailed together, and you’ll do all the thinner interior pieces. I strongly recommend this! I have the tools here to do a good job on the box corners, and to fix any problems that arise in the process.
• Completely Assembled (except for removable boxes): I’ll do most of the assembly, but I’ll leave the small bit boxes to you. These aren’t difficult, and all you need is white glue, no other tools.
• Completely Assembled (including removable boxes): Everything will be finished except the nameplates, so you can choose how to arrange your decks.
• 100% Complete (including nameplates): Open the box and immediately start putting your RDI decks in. We’ll discuss how you want your decks to be ordered.
