The Unified Frame & Organizer is made of two parts: a game box organizer, and an acrylic frame.
The box organizer features over a dozen removable trays. They slot securely into the base plate and each other for storage, then lift out for quick setup. To top it off, a magnetically-attached lid keeps everything securely held down, and the lid also serves to hold the recruitment pool, as well as items that are only needed during the resolution phase. (It’s a matter of preference, but I like to keep the main game board clear except for what’s being deployed.)
The frame is a 14-piece acrylic assembly that fits around the entire XCOM game board. It gives everyone a place to put their cards, ensuring quick reactions and faster gameplay. And it looks great on a square card table. It even includes an integrated tablet/smartphone stand!
Either part also includes a bonus token set, featuring labeled continent panic holders (in case you’ve ever confused South America and Africa for a moment), a 5-credit piece (to optionally streamline your budget tracking), and a bunch of ‘Exhausted’ tokens to place on cards when used (takes less table space than flipping or rotating the cards). The box insert will include these items made from wood, while the frame will include them made from acrylic.
When combined, they’re even better. The organizer has a section to hold the disassembled frame. And the organizer’s trays can be slotted directly into the frame, so they’re always in the same place, every time you play.
It fits the Evolution expansion, and works with sleeved cards.
